To start a return, please send us a courier pigeon (email) to hello@miniskeep.com and include the photo of the item, the receipt, and your reason for requesting a return.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that if you find what you have received to be unsatisfactory, you can request a return within 14 days after receiving your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You would also need the receipt of purchase and a photo of the item.

REQUEST A RETURN FIRST

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURNED ITEMS CONDITION

Items returned to us not in a 'as new condition' will result in your return being rejected.

RETURN SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (horses are expensive these days).
