Return & Refund Policy

your appeasement is our absolute highest priority!

To start a return, please send us a courier pigeon (email) to and include the photo of the item, the receipt, and your reason for requesting a return.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that if you find what you have received to be unsatisfactory, you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You would also need the receipt of purchase and a photo of the item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items returned to us not in a 'as new condition' will result in your return being rejected.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (horses are expensive these days).

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Please send us a courier pigeon(email) with a letter explaining the issue and include any pictures showing damage, mis-packs, miscasts, or missing parts so that we can rectify this for you.
